With building on North Captiva thwarted and Covid still around, I put an intention out there in mid 2021 that instead of buying properties in other parts of the country/world we would simply downsize and buy a new house that either had an out building or something that could become STAY127 easily and immediately. I never mentioned it to my husband or family, but instead enlisted Britney again to start a search within Atlanta. 

Quietly I searched looking for simple ways to bring my STAY127 plans to fruition. I even looked at sublet possibilities, considered real estate arbitrage and pitched the idea to a few developers. 

That summer into fall I was determined to stay in creation mode. ✧
